Registrations open from September 2nd 2019.
The registration fee for each team is € 150.
Discounts are provided for those who register with more than one team, headed by the same club, even in different categories:
- for clubs that register with 2 teams (even in different categories) there is a 50% discount on the second price (total cost for 2 shares € 225).
- for clubs that register with 3 teams (even in different categories), free tickets are available on the third price (total cost for 3 shares € 300).
For the official delegations of the individual teams (athletes, technicians and managers) there are 3 different offers for the stay during the event:
Offer 1: Full board from overnight stay on Thursday 26th (dinner excluded) to lunch on Sunday 29th December 2019 at a cost of € 185. For single room accommodation there is a surcharge of € 60.
Offer 2: Full board from lunch on Friday 27th to lunch on Sunday 29th December 2019 at a cost of € 150. For single room accommodation there is a surcharge of € 40.
Offer 3: Full board from dinner on Friday 27th to lunch on Sunday 29th December 2019 at the cost of € 140. For single room accommodation, a surcharge of € 40 is required.
In the hotels will be provided overnight stays and breakfasts, while as far as meals are concerned special vouchers will be provided for the consumption of lunches and dinners in the Self Service Restaurants which will be indicated in the personalized program.
HOW TO REGISTER
Teams wishing to participate must:
1) Send, no later than November 20th 2019, unless the maximum number of participants for each category is reached, complete the online registration form in its entirety.
2) Upon acceptance of registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the organization, containing all the instructions for making the payment for the advance payment.
WARNING! If a copy of the bank transfer is not received within 5 days of confirmation of acceptance, the registration will be automatically canceled 3) The teams admitted, by November 20, 2019, must communicate the exact composition of the official delegation, through the form that will be sent by the organization.
N.B. Depending on the very high number of participating teams, the Anderlini Volleyball School cannot guarantee any shuttle service before, during and after the event.
In this regard, the participation of more than one team from the same club that uses a common means of transport is not recommended (for example, only one bus for several delegations), since the competitions of the different categories may take place in locations far from each other. In addition, all teams are required to provide autonomously for match and warm-up balls and water.
